What warranty do I have on my order?
For your purchase of smartphones, tablets, AirPods, and related accessories, we offer a manufacturer’s warranty in addition to the legal warranty you are entitled to as a consumer.
Manufacturer's Warranty:
Smartphones and tablets: These products come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty of 24 months. This warranty covers defects that you cannot prevent, such as software issues or manufacturing faults.
AirPods: AirPods come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and other issues beyond your control.
Accessories: For accessories that are directly supplied with the smartphone, tablet, or AirPods, such as chargers, headsets, or data cables, a 6-month warranty applies from the date of purchase.
Important details:
- The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects arising from manufacturing faults or other issues beyond your control.
- Damage caused by misuse, such as accidental damage or water damage, is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- The warranty becomes void if the device is opened by anyone other than the manufacturer or an authorized service center.
- The warranty period starts from the date on the original invoice and remains in effect even if the product is repaired or replaced in the meantime.
This manufacturer’s warranty is in addition to the legal warranty you have as a consumer, ensuring that you always have the right to a product that meets your reasonable expectations.
