I received the wrong/damaged products. What now?

To exchange the incorrect product at no cost, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive return instructions: After contacting us, we will send you detailed return instructions. We will ensure that you can return the incorrect product easily and free of charge.

  3. Send the product back: Carefully pack the incorrect product, include the return form (if applicable), and send it back to us according to the instructions we provide.

  4. Receive the correct product: Once we have received the incorrect product, we will immediately send you the correct one. We will keep you updated on the status of your exchange so you know when to expect the correct product.
