Do you participate in cashback promotions or promotions from Samsung/Apple?

Joeps does not participate in cashback promotions or other offers from brands like Samsung, Apple, Huawei, or Xiaomi. This means that if you purchase a product from one of these brands through us, you will not be eligible for their cashback offers or promotions.

Some of our devices are sold as EU Models. This means they are supplied without a Dutch manual and do not qualify for promotions or cashback offers from brands like Samsung or Apple. However, the device itself is identical to an NL Model, with the same warranty and specifications as those intended for the Dutch market.
