Can I have my order delivered to a PostNL point?

Absolutely! During the checkout process, you can choose to have your order delivered to a PostNL pickup point of your choice. This is a convenient option if you're not sure you'll be home at the time of delivery.

Please note: When filling in your address details during the checkout process, please enter your own address and not the address of the pickup point. The pickup point can be selected in the next step of the checkout process.

Please ensure that you pick up your product within a week after delivery at the selected PostNL point. If the package is not picked up within this period, it will be automatically returned to Joeps. In that case, you will need to contact our customer service to discuss further steps.

If we receive a returned product without a return form and you do not contact us, we will not be able to identify which order it belongs to. In such cases, we will store the product for up to three months. If, within these three months, the product cannot be linked to your order and you have not contacted our customer service, we will dispose of the product in an environmentally friendly manner.
